Kyle Mays - Information Technology Specialist

I'm an Information Technology Specialist with a strong background in technical support and solutions. I currently work as an IT Analyst at Jackson Family Enterprises, where I handle Tier I/II support, system administration, and user training across different organizational environments.

Over the past 2 years in tech, I've built up solid experience troubleshooting complex issues, managing enterprise systems, and supporting users. I work primarily with Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and various enterprise applications.

I graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Science and Technology Studies, which gave me an interesting perspective on how technology and people intersect. I'm genuinely passionate about using technology to solve real business problems and make operations run smoother.
